Paid Time Off (PTO)

Nippon Life Benefits believes that employees should have the opportunity to enjoy time away from work.  To help foster this belief we have designed a Personal Time Off Plan that allows employees to take time off for vacations, illness, dependent care and personal responsibilities.

Holiday Pay

In addition to our PTO Plan, Nippon Life Benefits employees enjoy nine paid holidays each year.

Flex-Time Work Schedules

To help better accommodate your obligations outside the workplace Nippon Life Benefits offers flexible work schedules.

Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Employees may elect to deposit pre-tax funds into a Dependent Care FSA. Flexible spending accounts can help you save money by reducing your taxes.  These funds can be used to pay for selected Dependent expenses.

Adoption Benefit

Nippon Life Benefits supports employees who choose to build their family through adoption by providing financial assistance for the cost of adoption, including agency, legal and court fees and other eligible expenses.

Tuition Reimbursement

Nippon Life Benefits encourages employees to advance their level of education. Generally, our Employee Tuition Assistance Program covers a portion of course tuition, registration fees and laboratory fees for a college course from an accredited college/university with proof of a passing grade.

Other than those benefits required by applicable law, Nippon Life Benefits reserves the right to amend or terminate any of these programs or to require or increase employee premium contributions toward any benefits at its discretion. This reserved right may be exercised in the absence of any business financial necessity.
