Frequently Asked Employer Questions

What is a primary security administrator?
The primary security administrator for your company has access to your company's information on NLIA.com, and has the authority to give access to other administrators at your company.  If you do not know the primary security administrator for your company, call us at 1-800-937-6542 (Option 7), 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday, and a counselor will be available to help.

What is a secondary security administrator?
